The Tribunal is more ready than ever to distinguish itself as an innovative, dyna-mic administrative tribunal, using new skills acquired under the new legislative mandate.In the next year the Tribunal will have an opportunity to bring forward, in cooperation with the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, the legislative amendments needed for modernizing its operations. In doing so, it will build on the use of new technologies, including providing multi-channel access to its services. Applicants will be able to submit an application for review using the method of their choice and will no longer be required to send paper documents by registered mail.
