She was appointed part-time member of the Tribunal since December 2018. In addition to her undergraduate degrees, Ms. Farnese holds a Masters of Law from the University of Arkansas in Agricultural Law. Her published research critiques both the design and implementation agri-environmental policies, including policies intended to promote the wise-use of wetlands, animal health and infectious diseases.
