CANADA AGRICULTURAL REVIEW TRIBUNAL 22 Complete Overhaul of the Practice Notes Practice Notes are designed to prepare the parties regarding specific issues related to the review process, the applicable law, and the Tribunal’s procedures. These directives were designed to supplement and provide even more information about the practices and procedures that the parties must adhere to before the Tribunal. In that regard, the Tribunal has decided to carry out a complete overhaul of its Practice Notes to ensure greater cohesion across them. The aim of this overhaul is to clarify its Practice Notes by using terminology that is accessible to everyone in order to promote a better understanding of the Tribunal’s rules, particularly for self-represented litigants. In addition, the sequence of the Practice Notes will be completely reworked.
